Optimization of Multi-Objective Unequal Area Facility Layout

چکیده

The unequal area facility layout problem (UA-FLP) refers to the reasonable arrangement of a certain number facilities in given area. should satisfy constraints and optimize optimization objectives as far possible. In this paper, method combining improved lowest horizontal line particle swarm algorithm is proposed solve UA-FLP, which achieves multi-objective material handling cost, adjacent value utilization rate floor shop. On one hand, formulates packing rules through method, simplifies legalization layout. other modified (PSO) objective space division (OSD) niche technology used for optimization. overcomes shortcomings previous methods such complex overlapping interference process, large amount calculation long time Compared with comparison methods, results show that cost reduced by 1%–6% ratio shop increased 2%–7%.
